In Nepal, miteri is a friendship chosen with the reverence of family. It is a promise to show up, share what we have, and keep a place at the table.

Our kitchen follows that promise. We cook Newari and Himalayan recipes passed from grandmothers to grandchildren: momos folded by hand, spice pastes ground each morning, and dal simmered until it tastes like home.
